Our fans against UOR Zvezda
We defeated UOR Zvezda 6:2 with Olesya Kurochkina scoring three goals and Vera Djatel, Valentina Savchenkova, and Daria Apanaschenko adding one apiece. We played well for about 30 minutes, after that our intensity and focus decreased and we were average. Made the final score a lot more respectable than it should have been.
Next up for us is a trip to Moscow to face undefeated Izmailovo on Wednesday night. Izmailovo has won four straight matches, is yet to concede a goal and have outscored all opponents 7-0. They will be a very demanding and unforgiving opponent. They are strong defensively and have speed on the outside.
We will have to play our best to get three points.
